6. Advertising & Third-Party Costs

  • Ad spend paid to platforms such as Google or Meta is non-refundable.
  • We are not responsible for refunds related to third-party tools, software, or subscriptions.

7. Website & Development Projects

  • Deposits for website design and development are non-refundable once work begins.
  • No refunds are issued for completed milestones or approved designs.
  • Any additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

8. Service Adjustments & Support

While refunds are limited, we are committed to client satisfaction.

If you experience any issues:

  • We encourage you to contact us for revisions, adjustments, or clarification
  • We will make reasonable efforts to resolve concerns within the agreed scope of work

9. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

  • Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in immediate service suspension.
  • Fraudulent chargebacks may be disputed with supporting documentation.
